ACCOUNT

No worries! Click on "Forgot Your Password?" and you will receive an email to reset your password. Don't forget to update your password right away! If you forgot the email you used to open an account with us, shoot us an email at customer@glamourbox.ph.

Once logged in, click on "My Account" found on the top right hand side of the page and you will find your Account page. You may change your shipping address on the "View Addresses" link. 

If you had made a recent order and item has been processed and shipped out, there will be no way for us to change the shipping address for that particular order. 

Having multiple accounts can be confusing! We only allow one account per person to enjoy the perks, discounts and other exclusive offers of our site. We will notify the customer if multiple accounts have been found and we will have the right to cancel the orders made under multiple accounts.

PAYMENT

We accept payments through credit card, bank deposit, mobile and online transfer, G-cash, over-the-counter cash payments, and cash on delivery (COD). We have partnered with various payment gateways for a secure and reliable payment process such as Paypal, DragonPay, and Payo.

To know what type of mode of payment to choose upon checkout, here is your guide:

Paypal - payment through credit card, debit card or Paypal account;

Dragonpay - payment through online and mobile bank transfer, over-the-counter payment at banks and remittance centers, ATM payment and G-Cash, (COD coming soon);

Cash-on-Delivery - exact cash payment made upon delivery of item fulfilled by Payo or Ninja Van. 

 

No, you do not need to have a Paypal account. Once you choose Paypal as your mode of payment, you can skip the Paypal log-in and click on the button "pay using credit card" and you will be directed to the Guest check out page where you will enter your payment info and complete the purchase. 

You have an option to create a Paypal account or log-in to your Paypal account for a quicker transaction. There will be no additional charges when you use Paypal.

No, there are no additional fees to the customer when you use your credit card or pay through Paypal.

Got no credit card? No problem. Dragonpay offers a wide selection of payment options for your convenience.

- Online and mobile banking

- Over-the-counter (OTC) cash payments at banks,  department stores (SM and Robinson's), courier centers (LBC), and remittance centers (Bayad Center, M. Lhullier, Cebuana, ECPay)

- GCash

After choosing Cash-on-Delivery (COD) as a mode of payment upon checkout, you will receive an email on your order summary and payment reminders.  Please make sure that there is someone to receive your package at any time during the day (around 9am-6pm). If you will not be around, you can endorse someone to receive it on your behalf. Exact payment must be prepared in advance to avoid delays.  The courier will have 2 delivery attempts and then the package will be returned back to the warehouse and order will be considered cancelled. Customers who refuse to accept or pay for the order they have placed will no longer be served in the future.

Delivery & Shipping

Once your order has been processed and shipped out, you will receive an order confirmation via email with a link to track your package. You can check our shipping delivery lead times below. Message us at customer@glamourbox.ph if you are experiencing some delay with your order and we'll get right to it.

We try to be as quick as we can so you don't have to wait long! We process your order within 1-2 working days after you have placed an order. Shipping lead time vary depending on your location.

Metro Manila : 1-3 working days 

Luzon: 2-3 working days

Visayas: 3-5 working days

Mindanao: 3-7 days working days

Please note that this is an estimate and the average delivery time of our partner couriers. Should you experience delay with your package, please drop us a line at customer@glamourbox.ph.

It's FREE for orders P1,500 and above!

Shipping fees apply to orders less than P1,500.

Changed your mind? If your order is still pending (you can verify this on your Account page when you log in), you may send us an email at customer@glamourbox.ph to immediately cancel the order.

Once order has been processed and an email invoice has has already been sent to you, we can no longer cancel the order. Don't worry, chances are you will love the item you purchased!

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns, refunds and exchanges are reviewed on a per order basis. Email us immediately at customer@glamourbox.ph should you wish to do any of the above. We reserve the right to accept or deny returns, refund and exchanges subject to these conditions:

- Item to be returned or exchanged is in its original packaging, unused and in good condition.

- Item to be returned or exchanged has been received within 7 days, anything beyond this period will not be considered due to the nature of products.

- Defective or damaged item can be returned, exchanged or refunded only within 7 days after receiving the item.  

- Purchase of sale items are considered final and no returns, refunds or exchanges are allowed.

How unfortunate! We check the quality of all our items and pack them carefully before they leave our warehouse.

Kindly send us an email at customer@glamourbox.ph with your order number, full name, and an image of the damaged item the moment you receive it. We'll look into the issue and get back to you as soon as we can.

LOYALTY PROGRAM

The GlamSquad Rewards Program is a fun loyalty program where we give you rewards when you do certain activities on the site. Points earned can be converted to discount vouchers, free gifts, or free shipping! You can start joining the program by clicking the GlamSquad Rewards widget on the lower right part of your screen. You'll instantly get 200 points when you sign up!  

There are number ways to earn points on the site!

- Join our rewards program and you'll instantly get 200 points on your account. 

- Everytime you make a purchase, you will receive 2pts per 1 peso. (i.e. P1000 worth of purchase = 2000 loyalty points). 

- Leave us a review for the item/s you received (and loved!), we'll read through them, and once they are published, you instantly get 200 points! Neat! 

- Because we'd love to treat you on your special day, get 500 points on your birthday!

We will continue to come up with activities on the site for you so make sure to check back every now and then for ways to earn new points! 

To redeem points or get special vouchers, visit the GlamSquad Rewards widget and click through the "Redeem points for rewards in Glamourbox"! You can choose a discount, free shipping, or a free gift!

Once you've chosen your reward, you'll receive a voucher code where you can use on your next purchase. 

REVIEWS

We are excited to hear what you think of our products! You can go the product page and click on "Write a Review" and share your honest thoughts about the product your purchased. We also aim to help other beauty enthusiasts when they shop on our site and your insights will help them decide if the if the product is right for them. Be sure that you are logged in when you make the review in order for us to verify your account.

The moderator has the right not to publish reviews that have been copied from other reviews, have any malicious intent, or have been written by an unverified user. 

Yes you do! You earn 200 points for each successful review you make.

By the way, when writing a review, be clear and descriptive when you talk about the product and its usage. This will be helpful to other shoppers like you who love makeup and skincare! 

Points will reflect on your GlamSquad Rewards dashboard within 7 days. Members are limited to 5 reviews a week.
