  • What do I get in my Glamourbox?

    Every month, you’ll receive a box filled with five deluxe samples from high-end, niche and cult brands from around the world. There will be a different mix of beauty products, ranging from make-up, skincare, haircare, fragrance, and bath & body products.

  • What is the cost of Glamourbox?

    The cost of the Glamourbox is Php 595 each month. There are no shipping and handling charges.

  • When do I get billed for the monthly subscription of Glamourbox?

    When you place your order for the month, you will be billed for your first Glamourbox immediately. Should you choose Paypal Recurring Profile as your payment method, subsequent payments will always take place every 30 days after your first payment. Bank deposits are considered one-time payments and the subscription ends immediately after.

  • When will my Glamourbox be sent?

    Glamourbox is like a magazine subscription that you get each month. We send out the boxes approx. the second week of each month. Boxes will be sent via courier and will take 1-3 days to arrive at your doorstep within Metro Manila and 3-4 for provincial addresses.

  • How do I find out about the status of my monthly box?

    On your account page on the website you will see the status of the delivery of your box. "Paid_unshipped" means that we have confirmed receipt of your payment, "Paid_shipped" means your box is already on its way to you. Should your box not arrive within a few days of the "Paid_shipped" status, kindly contact us and we will verify the delivery status with our courier.

  • Will you tell me the contents of my Glamourbox?

    The content of your monthly Glamourbox is a surprise! We are scouring the globe to bring you the best products out there.

  • In a given month, do all subscribers receive the same set of samples?

    Not necessarily. We work to customize the boxes based on the beauty profiles of our members. Many samples are sent to everyone and these products are carefully selected to ensure that they will work for a wide range of styles, skin types, and product preferences. Other samples are chosen specifically for your skin and beauty needs. On our website you will all samples available during any given month, this does not, however, mean that all those samples are available in your particular box. Please refer to the Glamourbox Postcard in your box for the samples that have been selected for you.

  • Can I return my Glamourbox for a refund?

    Once you have been charged on your account, we cannot refund your box. Any cancellations will take effect for the following month. We do not accept returns.

  • How do I get more information on how to use the samples?

    Our website has the detailed information on how to get the most out of your samples. You may visit the product page of the sample under the “Box” section and learn more about the samples you have received.

  • Where can I buy the samples I love?

    You can buy the full size of your favorite products at our Glamourbox online boutique.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept payment with PayPal, Visa and Mastercard as well as bank deposit. We are working hard on offering you more payment options soon.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Monthly memberships may be cancelled at anytime, with no cancellation fees. However, you cannot cancel the first month of subscription. Send your request to cancel your recurring monthly subscription at customer@glamourbox.ph at least 5 working days before your next billing.

  • Do you ship nationwide?

    Glamourbox is available to all residents of the Philippines. We ship boxes nationwide.
